The Info.Caregiver 2.0 project team continues to strengthen its ties with the community and with the entities that daily support individuals and families.

We met with the Associação Em Contacto and Espaço Saúde 360 ​​for moments of sharing and presenting the project, with the aim of raising awareness of this project, promoting collaboration, and strengthening its dissemination among potential informal caregivers.

 

We believe that networking and collaboration with different entities are fundamental to identifying needs, facilitating responses, and ensuring that information reaches those who need it.

 

We create partnerships, share knowledge, and thus strengthen a support network for caregivers.
